Welcome to PBIS at Brady Public School!
At Brady Public School, we are excited to embark on a journey to "SOAR Like Never Before" by implementing School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Our aim is to foster a positive and inclusive school environment where every student can thrive, both academically and socially.

What is PBIS?
PBIS is a proactive approach to establishing the behavioral supports needed for students to achieve social, emotional, and academic success. Through clearly defined expectations, positive reinforcement, and consistent consequences, we aim to create a school culture where positive behavior is the norm.

What are Eagle Bucks?
Eagle Bucks are a part of our PBIS program at Brady Public School, designed to recognize and reward students for exhibiting positive behaviors that align with our SOAR expectations. These "bucks" can be earned by students when they demonstrate respect, responsibility, safety, and making the right choices throughout the school day.

How Do Students Use Eagle Bucks?
Students can collect Eagle Bucks and redeem them for various rewards or privileges as determined by our incentive program. It’s a fun and engaging way to encourage and celebrate positive behavior in our school community!
